This house, straight out of Sarah Susanka’s Not-So-Big® book series, is the embodiment of the new trend in building – smaller, more well-appointed homes that are ultra-efficient and designed for the way we actually live our lives. A Victorian period style, the interior is open and elegant, with charm, character, and lots of custom work.
