Jen Hinesman Recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as Notable Leader

We are proud to announce that our Design Director, Jen Hinesman, has been recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of its 2026 Notable Leaders in Architecture, Engineering & Construction. This annual recognition honors professionals across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry through innovation, leadership, mentorship, and meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities. Honorees are selected through a peer-nomination and editorial-review process and represent leaders driving impact across Southeast Michigan and beyond. 

As Design Director, Jen plays a vital role in guiding homeowners through our collaborative design-build process while leading our design team with creativity, clarity, and purpose. Her thoughtful approach to design, commitment to client experience, and ability to balance innovation with functionality continue to elevate both our projects and our company. Jen’s leadership reflects many of the values that define our team — responsive communication, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to leaving every space better than we found it. She is deeply invested not only in creating beautiful, intentional homes but also in mentoring others and helping move the industry forward. “Design has the power to positively impact how people live every day,” said Hinesman. “I’m grateful to be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and thoughtful execution in every project we take on.”
