Pushing the Envelope Baths

Master bath dual vanities in this Craftsman style home

The Project

This home was designed to accommodate its occupants regardless of their mobility issues. The remodeled master bath is currently on the second floor. However, if the stairs become problematic, then the first floor bath is designed to accommodate first-floor living. The zero-threshold bathroom/shower and comfort height toilet, plus an open floorplan with no hallways, can easily accommodate a wheelchair or walker without any structural changes to the home.

Bathrooms on both floors have the same cabinetry, countertops and flooring.

Cabinetry:  Berlioni

Countertops:  Granite

Flooring: CIOT French limestone honed tile; glass tile on shower floors.
