LEED® for Homes (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a green building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, a non-profit trade organization. LEED® for Homes provides independent, rigorous, third-party verification that a house was built or remodeled using best practices aimed at improving energy and water efficiency, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, improving indoor air quality, protecting natural resources, reducing long-term environmental impacts, reusing materials and resources, and encouraging local sustainable product sources.
Meadowlark Builders has LEED® for Homes certification, (or is pending LEED® for Homes certification), on many of our projects. What’s in it for customers? Knowing their home has been fully tested and certified to be one of the most efficient homes in the nation.
Meadowlark builders made the experience of remodeling bearable! The final product was a beautiful loft space, master bathroom, and guest bathroom that have transformed the house.
Meadowlark did our whole house remodel and we could not have been happier. In addition to completing the project on time and within budget, the quality of their work was absolutely first-rate.
They provided professional guidance through the decision processes and transparent accounting.
We will certainly recommend Meadowlark to anyone who wants a job done with total professionalism and the most rigorous attention to detail.
