Talking about goals is one thing, backing it up is another. We hire Guild Quality, a 3rd party surveying company, to review our performance on every project after completion. Our customers give us feedback and we listen to it. It’s just one way that we strive to make our service the best that it can be.

So, how do we rate? We’re proud to say that Guild Quality Guildmaster Awards has recognized Meadowlark Builders as one of the top 138 homebuilders and remodelers in the entire country for exemplary customer service.

This data below is from over 50 surveys over 3 years. 85% of all responses to all questions have been "extremely satisfied" with that aspect of the project. That's good, but not good enough. We subscribe to the Japanese concept of Kaizen, the art of continuous improvement in our product and process. Are we perfect? No, but that doesn't mean we'll stop trying to be.
