The Homeowner Manual is designed to contain everything our customers need to know about their project; before, during and after.
Our unique Homeowner Manual not only serves to inform our clients of the particulars of their project, but also as a reference manual for years to come. It contains contract information, a complete record of all plans and selections, meeting notes, and diagrams of mechanical systems under the finishes. It also is a well-organized reference manual for maintenance and warranty work.
